Procedure to renew FSSAI license

  8. Partnership deed/ MOA/ AOA of the firm and cooperative certificate if it is a co-operative firm.
  9. NOC from the manufacturer (if distributer)/ NOC from the municipality
  10. E-code document issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade
  11. Form IX nomination of persons by the company along with the board resolution

Penalties for not renewing FSSAI license
